Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Support the Food and Beverage operations, working closely with the team to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless food service.
  • Comply with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
