Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and guidance to ensure smooth operation of SAP HCM Payroll applications.
- Manage tickets and generate easy-to-maintain bug-free code, adhering to Strada best practices.
- Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
- Provide technical and functional documentation on issues handled.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regular progress reports are submitted to the AMO Team Manager.
