Team Leader

Azul Handling está buscando un Team Leader para su Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur para la temporada de invierno. El Team Leader es la persona responsable del proceso de salida de las aeronaves, manteniendo una comunicación directa y continua con la tripulación de vuelo y asegurando que todas las partes involucradas cumplen con los procedimientos establecidos para garantizar la seguridad en todo el proceso.
Responsabilidades- Controlar y supervisar de forma proactiva todos los servicios auxiliares involucrados en la escala.
- Ser conocedor/a de todas las horas de inicio y fin de cualquier servicio auxiliar y saber identificar las causas de un posible retraso.
- Realizar briefings "pre-escala" con el/los grupo(s) de trabajo asignado(s) antes de la llegada de la aeronave y en el stand correspondiente, informando de los detalles relevantes del vuelo a despachar, así como repasando los procedimientos de seguridad y "Just Culture" para asegurar un despacho seguro y puntual.
- Realizar briefing "pos-escala" con el/los grupo(s) de trabajo involucrado(s) después de la salida de la aeronave y aun en el stand correspondiente, repasando y haciendo valoración de la escala y, en caso de retraso y/o incidencias, identificar las causas que han llevado al / a la mismo/as.
- Llevar a cabo una revisión visual de los GSE que se usarán en la aeronave, una vez preparados en la ESA y antes de la llegada de la aeronave.
- Asistir a la tripulación de cabina y/o tripulación técnica en los casos que sea necesario, así como provisionar de cualquier tipo de documentación y/o información requerida por ellos.
- Permiso de conducir B.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Facilidad para hacer cálculos aritméticos de manera rápida y precisa.
- Alto sentido de la responsabilidad.
- Capacidad para organizar y gestionar un grupo de trabajo.
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones rápidas.
- Habilidades para tratar con las diferentes partes involucradas (tripulaciones de vuelo, servicios auxiliares, etc.).
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año realizando tareas de agente de rampa.
- Vivir a menos de 1h del aeropuerto.
- Estar disponible para realizar una entrevista en los próximos días.
- Estar disponible para trabajar de inmediato (se darán detalles exactos durante la entrevista).
- Las personas seleccionadas, tendrán que pasar un curso de formación como agentes de rampa y realizar las prácticas en rampa durante un mes antes de ser formados como Team Leader.

- Ofrecemos un salario bruto competitivo regido por nuestro V Convenio Colectivo que se podrá ver incrementado por las variables que generes cuando realices turnos partidos, trabajes en días festivos, domingos, nocturnidades, etc. pudiendo alcanzar una horquilla de entre 22.500 y 25.500 euros brutos anuales a jornada completa*.
