About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our My Porsche Team at Porsche Digital España. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for leading the product roadmap, product backlog, and feature prioritization. Your expertise in agile methodologies and experience in working cross-functionally with various domains will be invaluable in delivering a seamless, integrated experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and end customers to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with development and software engineering teams to communicate requirements, deliver new features, and remove roadblocks.
  • Lead the agile team and be the face in front of stakeholders, clients, or users.
  • Own and manage product roadmap, product backlog, feature prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Set sprint and product increment goals for the team.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Coordinate with other (global & local) Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release trains and fits the company portfolio.
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Manage capabilities and resources associated with the assigned digital products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner in B2C or B2B2C products on top of other experiences as Project Manager, Marketing Manager or similar roles.
  • Agile certification(s).
  • Preferably experience in CRM Systems and Integration.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, i.E., Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of SAFe methodology is a bonus.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Product life-cycle and end-to-end delivery techniques.
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sharp analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
