Job Description:

Criteo's Unified Data Platform tribe is seeking a Senior IT Data Product Owner to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy and roadmap to make our Data as a Product (DaaP) vision a reality. This includes proposing appropriate governance to report on the product strategy and roadmap, driving alignment and buy-in across the organization, and contributing to the identification and prioritization of the backlog of Corporate Data Models in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make our DaaP vision a reality.
  • Propose appropriate governance to report on the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Contribute to the identification and prioritization of the backlog of Corporate Data Models in line with business priorities.
  • Help enforce best practices around Data Governance.
  • Develop our DaaP Service Offer to industrialize rollouts and standardize our minimum set of services.
  • Define and monitor Key Success Metrics and regularly evaluate the impact of our deliverables on business outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles.
  • Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior IT Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make our DaaP vision a reality. This includes proposing appropriate governance to report on the product strategy and roadmap, driving alignment and buy-in across the organization, and contributing to the identification and prioritization of the backlog of Corporate Data Models in line with business priorities. You will also be responsible for helping to enforce best practices around Data Governance and developing our DaaP Service Offer to industrialize rollouts and standardize our minimum set of services. Additionally, you will define and monitor Key Success Metrics and regularly evaluate the impact of our deliverables on business outcomes. You will work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure that our data management practices are aligned with industry best practices. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in data management and technology.
