About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our new products, working closely with our data and insights platform and healthcare ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Sprint plannings with the development team.
- Support Business Product Manager to process customer requests and prioritize the discovery backlog.
- Continuously ensure that the prepared backlog consists of items which maximize value whilst minimizing cost.
Requirements
- Experience working in agile methodologies.
- Ability to map customer needs to solution thinking mode.
- Analytical skills, negotiation, and experience in writing stories and/or technical requirements.
