We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization as the Western Europe CSAM Leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team to drive customer success across the region, ensuring that our customers get the best value from their Microsoft technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Lead a high-performing team to drive customer success across the region, ensuring rigorous value realization for customers through solid governance and RoB.
  • Growth and Expansion: Drive growth and expansion opportunities from ongoing engagements and deliver against deployment plans.
  • Transformation with AI: Transform with AI by driving adoption and skilling.
  • Long-term Commitment: Ensure long-term commitment through executive partnerships, customer success engagement frameworks, and Unified Contract Delivery.
  • Crisis Prevention: Proactively promote resiliency plans to prevent future issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong track record of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to manage a multi-country team.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience of leading IT programs and projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive partners, customers, and teams.
