Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in driving growth and improving lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with architecture, product owners, and delivery teams to define product strategy and technical vision.
  • Conducting organizational studies and evaluations to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Supporting supplier selection processes and staying current with digital technologies and trends.
  • Using data to drive decision-making and promoting a data-driven culture.
  • Ensuring solutions deliver maximum value to customers and demonstrating this empirically.
  • Identifying and surfacing key risks and issues, and developing effective approaches to mitigation.
  • Presenting findings, insights, and strategic options to stakeholders and decision-makers.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Lead with a strong understanding of the Health Insurance Industry and 5+ years' experience in Strategic Technology Programmes. You will have a good understanding of system design, data & analytics, and software engineering practices, as well as extensive experience working with delivery teams in a scaled Agile environment.
