Regional Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to drive growth and success in Spain and France regions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, training and developing drivers, and optimizing quality and service standards.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our operations and contributing to our company's success. Your tasks will include:

  • Establishing and strengthening collaborations with local partners in the Basque Country and Catalonia
  • Training and supporting drivers from our bus partners to ensure alignment with our international quality standards
  • Adapting and continuously improving service and quality standards to meet the unique needs of the Spanish and French markets
  • Ensuring the smooth launch of new bus lines and overseeing their ongoing performance
  • Liaising with internal teams, including Line Planning, Business Development, Traffic Control, and support teams at HQ in Germany
  • Managing and monitoring the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for all bus partners operating in the Basque and Catalonia regions

Requirements include 3-6 years of operational experience in the travel, transportation, or logistics industry, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue proficiency), fluent in English, and French language skills are a plus.
