Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Representative to provide quality support to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to evaluate and analyze employee requests and concerns, and determine the most appropriate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and partnership to site management
  • Resolve employment relations matters with managers and employees
  • Support engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities
  • Assist with resolving employee inquiries and preparing necessary data and documentation for processing changes into the HR System
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits

Avery Dennison offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive:
