Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Management Lead to oversee the programming and validation of clinical trial databases at Insud Pharma, S.L.U. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical trial databases using SAS programming language.
- Perform thorough validation and quality control checks on programmed datasets.
- Transform and manipulate raw clinical data from various sources into formats suitable for analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of programming activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and provide technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Proficiency in SAS programming language and strong understanding of clinical trial data standards (CDISC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is €85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
