Job Title: Partnership Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Sales Executive to join our team at Ninjas in Pyjamas. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategies to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and prospecting: Assist senior sales staff in identifying and generating leads, conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, and develop strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
  • Sales support and client interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
  • Pitch deck creation and sales material development: Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks, and collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
  • Strategic analysis and market research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies, develop growth strategies for new and existing customers, and translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate ideas into a brief.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, resilience mindset, outside-the-box thinking, hard work, and teamwork.
