Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Inbound Sales Agent to join our team in Belgium. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling energy and telecommunications contracts to customers in the Flemish market. You will be working with a dynamic and international team, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from customers and identify their needs and preferences
  • Provide customers with information about our energy and telecommunications products and services
  • Sell energy and telecommunications contracts to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Flemish market and energy and telecommunications industry
  • Fluency in Dutch
