Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with experience in print materials to join one of our US-based clients, a renowned healthcare brand specializing in women's health.
The ideal candidate will have a background in creative advertising agencies and be well-versed in print campaigns.
Responsibilities- Executing high-complexity briefs and delivering innovative ideas and stunning execution.
- Working within the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as Figma and PowerPoint, to create engaging content and presentations.
- Ensuring content is created with channel specifics in mind, with good UI and cross-browser compatibility.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled.
- Supporting the creative director on high-complexity briefs and ensuring the brief is fully understood before any work starts.
- Understanding technical specifications supplied by media agencies and ensuring all elements, such as reference files and brand assets, are supplied before commencing work.
- Quality checking of all assets before sending to content creators for final QC.
- Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec, and on brand.
- Supporting the project/account manager and producer in the final upload of assets.
- 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer within a creative agency or similar.
- Attached portfolio (or link to) with successfully launched campaigns and various projects.
- Previous experience working with pharma/healthcare clients is preferred but not mandatory.
- Print design experience is essential.
- Previous experience designing presentations for commercial and corporate clients.
- Immaculate creative and technical PowerPoint design and presentation skills.
- Strong typography, layout, mockup, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma.
- Core understanding of brand design and brand guidelines.
- Outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work.
- Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief.
- Ability to deliver high-complexity briefs on time and without supervision.
- Ability to work fast and under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Brilliant time management skills.
- Good balance between great technical design skills and creativity.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
- Experience in AfterEffects and Premiere is a plus.
- Spanish (mandatory).
- English (mandatory).
- Any other languages are a plus.
