About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional patient care, working closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal care.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in patient care.
Requirements
  1. Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  2. Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is highly desirable, but not required.
  3. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
