Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine checks, such as measuring and recording vital signs, and performing hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
