Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
