Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to become a vital part of our Medical Products Team. The ideal candidate (f/m/d) should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, utilizing ERP systems.
  • Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with our European warehouse and handle invoicing through our European Accounting Service Centre.
  • Offer our clients essential product and pricing information, engaging daily with hospitals, clinics, and various internal stakeholders across different countries.
  • Communicate effectively in the required languages and adapt to country-specific processes while engaging across cultures.
  • Provide insights on improving business quality, leading to enhanced efficiency and service quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service within an international context.
  • Proactive problem solver with adaptability and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage personal workload effectively.
  • Committed to delivering a high-quality and responsive customer experience, supporting business outcomes.
  • Open communicator, resilient, and aware of impact.
  • Flexibility to work in various teams based on business requirements.
  • Proficient in using ERP/IT systems; experience with eCommerce solutions is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in an additional European language being a plus.
