Job Title: Financial Crime Quality Assurance Analyst

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services. We offer a range of products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

Job Overview:

As a Financial Crime Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial services. You will conduct quality assurance reviews across all risk categories and client types, focusing on High-Risk clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting periodic level 3 independent QA checks on new clients, one month post on-boarding
  • QA on Reassessment client files
  • QA on Screening
  • QA on Transaction Monitoring
  • QA on Payment Screening
  • Conducting deep dives and thematic reviews
  • Managing and owning staff feedback process
  • Ensuring that sufficient files are reviewed, in line with targets to ensure the monthly objectives of the team are met
  • Liaising with the Onboarding and Screening Teams to deliver any necessary training or address any non-compliance with internal policies and procedures

You will work closely with the Onboarding and Screening Teams to ensure that all client due diligence and enhanced due diligence measures are conducted in line with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Ebury's internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Crime Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality assurance reviews of client files from an AML/Financial Crime perspective for low, medium, and high-risk clients
  • QA on Reassessment client files
  • QA on Screening
  • QA on Transaction Monitoring
  • QA on Payment Screening
  • Conducting deep dives and thematic reviews
  • Managing and owning staff feedback process
  • Ensuring that sufficient files are reviewed, in line with targets to ensure the monthly objectives of the team are met
  • Liaising with the Onboarding and Screening Teams to deliver any necessary training or address any non-compliance with internal policies and procedures

You will work closely with the Compliance team to assist in achieving the global compliance calendar deliverables.

Ebury offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days a week office-based working and 1 day working from home. This role is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
