Construction Manager North Europe

About the Job
The purpose of this role is to oversee a team of project managers based in North Europe, responsible for implementing store projects in alignment with global concepts and processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the global facilities management team as needed, with a focus on the North Europe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of international project managers to ensure they have the necessary capabilities to deliver high-performance operational tasks.
- Supervise the implementation of POPs and support project managers on all aspects of construction, including approval, negotiation, and performance.
- Manage the regional architecture budget for projects and guide external consultants and local architects in accordance with central strategies.
- Accountability for delivering quality projects within the committed timeline and budget.
About You
We are seeking a unique and talented individual with the following qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent English proficiency, with Spanish, French, and German considered beneficial
- Experience in retail project management, store development, or facility management
- Influencing skills to align with parties during all phases of projects
- Willingness to travel regularly (20-40% of the time)
