About the Job
The Head of Store Projects North Europe will oversee a team of project managers responsible for implementing store projects in alignment with global concepts, guidelines, and processes. This role will also support the global facilities management team in the region as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of international project managers to deliver high-performance operational tasks and support them in developing a strategic mindset.
- Oversee the implementation of POPs and support project managers in all aspects of construction, including approval, negotiation, and performance.
- Manage the regional architecture budget for projects and guide external consultants and local architects in implementing central strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of quality projects within committed timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with Retail Architecture Operations and Distribution & Real Estate teams.
- Take lead on important store projects, such as flagships, from site survey to handover to sales departments.
- Propose innovative solutions for process, software, or team improvements.
About You
We seek a talented individual with a university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills, with Spanish, French, and German being highly beneficial. Experience in retail project management, store development, and facility management is essential.
