Head of Construction North Europe

The purpose of this role is to oversee a team of project managers responsible for store implementations in North Europe, ensuring alignment with global concepts and processes.
This position also involves supporting the global facilities management team as needed, with a focus on the North Europe region.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of international project managers to deliver high-performance operational tasks and support their growth into strategic roles.
- Oversee the implementation of POPs and support project managers in all aspects of construction, including approval, negotiation, and performance.
- Manage the regional architecture budget for projects and guide external consultants and local architects in line with central strategies.
- Ensure quality, timeline, and budget delivery for all store project implementations.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Architecture Operations and Distribution & Real Estate teams.
- Take lead on important store projects, such as flagships, from site survey to handover to sales.
- Be proactive in proposing innovative solutions for internal process, software, or team improvements.
We seek a unique talent with the following qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills; Spanish, French, and German are highly valued.
- Experience in retail project management, store development, or facilities management.
- Influencing skills to align with parties during project phases.
- Willingness to travel regularly (20-40%).
- Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
