Job Title: Site Grant Management Specialist

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Grant Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and updating training material for investigator budget teams and site contract negotiators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for investigator budget teams and site contract negotiators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, collaborate with sponsors, and harmonize investigator budget templates, investigator budget parameters, and payment terms within company processes.
  • Ensure investigator budget templates are drafted and updated taking into consideration fair market value and key operational aspects indicated in relevant operational documents.
  • Establish strong working relationships and collaboration with sponsors to ensure site budget templates fit into the global strategy set for the program.
  • Validate investigator grant budget estimates against available internal and external benchmarking data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, a health-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive experience in a CRO/pharmaceutical industry and related clinical trial expertise.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, drug development, and clinical project management procedures.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
