Marketing Automation Specialist

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join its international team. As a key player in the Plasma Procurement Marketing Team, you will be responsible for crafting email campaigns and unique sends using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to enhance the Donor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee journeys on Marketing Cloud (Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)
  • Create and manage audiences
  • Collaborate in the setup and maintenance of a comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure
  • Oversee vendors to ensure capability delivery and campaign execution using agile methods in SFMC
  • Offer insights into evolving market technologies and trends within the marketing technology domain
  • Document processes meticulously and track advancements
  • Work collaboratively to construct metrics reports utilizing Salesforce data
  • Refine email marketing strategies through consistent A/B testing, segmentation, and customization to bolster engagement and conversions
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with developing, overseeing, and improving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Ability to align work with strategic business objectives
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to document processes
