Software Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Account Manager to join our team at Avature. As a key player in our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze customer health and solution usage, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date with new system functionalities and their use cases, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Guide customers on best practices and processes to set them up for success, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Fluent in English.
- Permanent residency in Argentina.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and match specific solutions to client needs.
- Independent, self-motivated, and driven to investigate possible solutions for challenges with no pre-established answer.
- Organized, with the ability to manage a wide range of customer activities.
