In a dynamic and multicultural context, you will gain valuable experience in the recruitment and sales fields. This internship will serve as a trial period for an indefinite contract, providing you with the opportunity to succeed in a fun and innovative startup environment.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment and Sales Development Intern will be:
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Engage in email campaigns, cold calling, and other methods to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings between your manager and potential new clients.
- Learn how to respond to objections and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure a qualitative full candidate recruitment process by:
- Analyzing clients' needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it.
- Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company's network.
- Developing new sourcing channels.
- Advertising open vacancies.
- Qualifying candidates through interviews.
- Developing your own candidates' network.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH CANDIDATES.
- Being involved in the candidates' career management.
- Leading and being part of ad-hoc projects.
You will work in a dynamic environment, and your flexibility and adaptability will be key to your success.

Requirements:Speaking a native level of Danish
