As a Digital Experience Growth Strategist within our Growth Line, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our diverse portfolio of products. Your focus will be on running experiments and implementing growth-focused initiatives aimed at enhancing user activation, engagement, and retention rates across our platform.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of innovators and contribute to shaping the future of digital experience analytics. As a Senior Product Manager within our Growth Line, you'll lead product development in collaboration with a dedicated team of engineers and designers. You'll work closely with stakeholders and teams from various departments to deliver impactful results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Cultivate deep insights into our products, customers, and market trends to inform our growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a well-prioritized roadmap and opportunity backlog that reflects our collective goals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Drive Cross-Sell Opportunities

Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing leadership teams to strategize and implement cross-sell opportunities.

Improve Growth Metrics

Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of experiments and product changes aimed at improving our growth metrics and increasing multi-product adoption.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

Facilitate product development processes for your team in close partnership with Engineering and Design. Engage actively as part of the Product and Engineering team, collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Over 3 years of experience working in an agile, cross-functional product team.
  • Proven experience running experiments with a lean approach, focusing on rapid iterations.
  • A data-informed approach to product management and prioritization, using data for decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in running queries and reports; familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau is a plus.

Estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
