Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Hatch. As a key member of our Project Delivery Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing expert measurement control and quantity surveying services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand project scope, deliverables, execution schedule, pricing/estimation structure, formats, reports, etc.
  • Quantify, cost, and analyze prices
  • Measure and value work performed on site
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage and report on ongoing works and contractor payments
  • Advise on project progress and quality
  • Calculate predictions and cost analysis
  • Assist in project progress meetings
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to clients
  • Act as liaison with clients and other construction professionals
Requirements
  • More than 12 years of experience in a measurement control role, preferably in medium to large multidisciplinary projects in an EPCM environment
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with estimation tools and systems
  • P6 knowledge is an asset
  • Field experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of EPC/LSTK estimation techniques and commercial/contractual knowledge is preferred
