Job Description

At Ferrovial Digital Infra, we specialize in developing data center assets, from land acquisition to design, construction, and maintenance. Our team of experts brings decades of experience in infrastructure development, ensuring that each facility meets the highest efficiency, security, and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of investment proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with Ferrovial's guidelines, standards, and policies throughout the process.
  • Analyze data and documents to ensure requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress and performance to manage task completion according to deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed reports to reflect progress updates and present findings to the team.
  • Data collection and filtering to support investment proposals.
  • Liaison with stakeholders, distribution companies, and public administration to map out next steps and anticipate showstoppers.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Project Coordinator in consultancy firms and/or energy and construction sectors.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mining, or Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish Electric System and its regulations.
  • Proficiency in GIS software, environmental databases, and regulatory mapping tools.
