Recruitment Direct is seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Sales Account Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This full-time position offers a competitive gross salary of 32,000€ per year.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can develop strong relationships with our trade partners and drive sales growth. As a key player in our team, you will engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges. Your ability to advise partners on tailored product selections will maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of building strong customer relationships. You must be fluent in English and French, plus one additional European language. A valid driver's license and a third-level qualification (degree) are also required.
