Job Summary

As a Senior Supervisor in our Customer Service department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service experiences for our customers, driving team engagement, and managing relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week from our office in Madrid, Spain, and requires limited traveling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service experiences for customers
• Drive a high level of engagement in the team
• Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of the operation by driving key projects that support our growth and affordability roadmap

Requirements

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service GHB Europe and will be supported by a team of supervisors. The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
