Senior Operations Manager, Prime Video Global Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Leader to lead the Prime Video Global Operations team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure seamless delivery of content to our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive vision and direction for the team, managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
- Partner closely with cross-functional partners to understand business strategies and identify the right support structure to drive organizational success.
- Establish metrics and reporting structures to measure efficiency and quality of the labor force.
- Develop and execute site-wide improvements in Operations, Quality, Productivity, Customer Experience, and People metrics.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholder teams, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
About the Team
The Prime Video DigiFlex Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience managing global/regional teams (50+ employees) both virtually and on-site.
- Experience managing operations and using data/metrics to help design strategies, identify, and implement improvements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing.
- Experience defining product/program roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience with digital video streaming and/or customer-facing user interfaces.
- Experience with digital supply chain.
- Fluent in French, German, or Italian.
