Helloprint is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Valencia. As a key member of our Traffic Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of performance with our suppliers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards.
- Assist customer service teams with inquiries about order statuses, delivery concerns, and order-related issues.
- Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to keep operations running smoothly.
- Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers to ensure logistics run smoothly.
- Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them.
- Work with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints.
Requirements
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours.
- Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems.
