We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Presence Management: Implement and integrate a new system for staff presence control.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruiting processes, candidate management, and hiring procedures, including contract management and offer creation.
- Labour Relations Management: Manage and supervise labour relations, including the application of the sanctioning system and mediation in labour disputes.
- Administrative Communications: Manage administrative and bureaucratic communications with employees, including sanctions, notices, promotions, and letters.
- External Communications: Manage communications with official state agencies and internal departments.
- Union Relations: Communicate and negotiate with the union.
- Process Improvement: Enhance the current method of communication and documentation.
- Labour Relations Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
- Trade Union Management and Negotiation Skills.
- Extensive Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law.
- Proficient English Language Skills (spoken and written).
- Italian Knowledge is a strong asset.
- Initiative, Organization, and Effective Communication skills.
