The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic People and Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all People and Culture operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, health and safety, employee records, contracts, and documents.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.
- Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People and Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions.
- Strong experience handling different Spanish labor law procedures.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
- Negotiation and coaching skills.
