Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for Linux, Windows, and all things IT to join our team as a System and Network Engineer. If you thrive on challenges and possess a deep understanding of technology, this opportunity might be tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Maintenance: You will oversee our product infrastructure, ensuring it remains operational and resilient.
- Alert Management: Our monitoring system will be your compass. When alerts arise, you will swiftly address them within the confines of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Server Administration: You will expertly install, configure, and manage servers, maintaining their health and performance.
- Security Enforcement: You will proactively apply patches, safeguarding our infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
- Efficiency Optimization: You will fine-tune our IT landscape, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
- Linux and Windows Mastery: You will have expertise in both Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (2019 and beyond).
- Automation Excellence: You will be proficient in tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Advanced Networking: You will be adept at configuring and optimizing network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewall rules, and services like DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, SNMP, Postfix, Apache, HAProxy.
- Orchestration and Containers: You will have experience with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and virtualization platforms like Proxmox, VMware.
- Hyperconvergence Knowledge: You will have explored hyperconvergence solutions like Nutanix, vSAN, VxRail, Ceph, and GlusterFS.
- Experience and Tenacity: You will have over 5 years of Level 2 and Level 3 support resolution experience, honed your problem-solving abilities, and adhere to industry best practices like ITIL, ISO 27K, and 20K.
- Collaborative Mindset: You will thrive in cross-functional teams, contributing your expertise while fostering a positive work environment.
- Analytical Fortitude: You will dissect complexities methodically, arriving at effective solutions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in French would be a significant plus.
