What will you do in Signaturit?As a System and Network Engineer, your main role will include:
- Infrastructure Maintenance: You will oversee our product infrastructure, ensuring it remains operational and resilient.
- Alert Management: Our monitoring system will be your compass. When alerts arise, you will address them within the confines of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Server Administration: You will install, configure, and manage servers, maintaining their health and performance.
- Security Enforcement: You will proactively apply patches, safeguarding our infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
- Efficiency Optimization: You will fine-tune our IT landscape, ensuring security and performance.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Linux and Windows Mastery: You will have expertise in both Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (2019 and beyond).
- Automation Excellence: You will be proficient in tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Advanced Networking: You will be able to configure and optimize network infrastructure.
- Scripting Creator: You will be skilled in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Network Service Management: You will be able to manage services like DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, SNMP, Postfix, Apache, HAProxy.
- Orchestration and Containers: You will be proficient in orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Virtualization Expertise: You will have experience with virtualization platforms like Proxmox and VMware.
- Hyperconvergence Knowledge: You will have knowledge of hyperconvergence solutions like Nutanix, vSAN, VxRail, Ceph, and GlusterFS.
- Experience and Tenacity: You will have over 5 years of experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support resolution.
- Frameworks and Standards: You will adhere to industry best practices like ITIL and ISO 27K.
- Collaborative Mindset: You will thrive in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Fortitude: You will be able to dissect complexities methodically.
- Language Skills: You will be proficient in English and have a good understanding of French.
