PositionWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for Linux, Windows, and all things IT to join our team as a System and Network Engineer. If you thrive on challenges and possess a deep understanding of technology, this opportunity might be tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Maintenance: You will oversee our product infrastructure, ensuring it remains operational and resilient.
- Alert Management: Our monitoring system will be your compass. When alerts arise, you will swiftly address them within the confines of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Server Administration: You will expertly install, configure, and manage servers, maintaining their health and performance.
- Security Enforcement: You will proactively apply patches, safeguarding our infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
- Efficiency Optimization: Our IT landscape will be finely tuned.
- Linux and Windows Mastery: Your expertise spans both Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (2019 and beyond).
- Automation Excellence: Ansible, Terraform—these tools are your allies.
- Advanced Networking: Switching, routing, firewall rules—you are adept at configuring and optimizing network infrastructure.
- Scripting Creator: Power Shell, Python, Bash—your scripts are elegant solutions to intricate problems.
- Network Service Management: DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, SNMP, Postfix, Apache, HAProxy—you wield these services effectively.
- Orchestration and Containers: Kubernetes, Docker Swarm—your orchestration skills enable efficient deployment and scalability.
- Virtualization Expertise: Proxmox, VMware—your virtual realms are stable, secure, and resource-efficient.
- Experience and Tenacity: With over 5 years of Level 2 and Level 3 support resolution, you have honed your problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in French would be a significant plus.
