Job Title: Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist

Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a challenging role in sales or marketing? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with a large number of potential clients daily via phone calls to understand and address their needs and objectives.
  • Take responsibility for increasing client spending, driving upsells, and ensuring long-term client retention.
Requirements:
  • Native-level Dutch proficiency (C2) is required.
  • High proficiency in English (C1).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus), or 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Benefits:
  • Salary: 23,876 gross/year, plus up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.
  • Hybrid work setup based in Barcelona.
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Referral program: Earn up to 2,000 for referring friends, depending on the language/project.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Relocation package, including a flight ticket and accommodation in a private, fully-equipped studio.

  • 2-3 weeks of comprehensive product training, along with specialized sales training.
