- Local Marketing: Coordinate local marketing activities with distributors to align with business objectives.
- Technical Support: Assist with technical service and application support to guarantee distributor and end-user satisfaction.
- Reporting: Keep the area sales manager informed with reports on market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities for increased market penetration.
- Team Building: Build and manage an effective sales team in the territory, ensuring team members are qualified and capable of meeting objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
