We are seeking an experienced account manager to develop new business and conduct solution-selling for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy : Identify sales prospects, develop quarterly sales plans, analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement : Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, follow up on leads within 24 hours, maintain ongoing client communication.
  • Proposal Development : Create accurate price quotations, prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts, submit all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project transitions, monitor non-installed products, provide updates as needed.
  • Sales Tools : Actively use internal databases for client tracking and activity logging, provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
  • Marketing Initiatives : Design prospecting tools like webinars, seminars, and campaigns, build professional relationships with manufacturer sales teams.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years' experience of direct selling in the AV / VTC area.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling Video Conferencing, Managed Services, and Network Infrastructure business.
  • Experience selling network services, unified communications, VoIP, SIP, H.323, Cisco Telepresence, Polycom, Lifesize, Extron, Creston, AMX products, as well as integration, professional and managed services.
  • Ability to understand, present, and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
