Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to drive business expansion in Southern Europe, targeting key industries and SMEs to enterprise customers.

As a critical member of our sales team, you will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions. This includes owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders.

You will work closely with our RevOps team to maximize regional impact and represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Southern Europe.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Senkron executives and industry leaders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth.
  • Representing Senkron at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing complex deals.
  • Established network within the energy and/or cybersecurity industries.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to simplify complex digital solutions.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in autonomous environments.
