The French Payroll Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes in France. This position requires a high level of expertise in French labor laws and regulations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submit the payroll figures monthly.
- Ensure payrolls comply with French legislation and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll.
- Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.
- Validate payroll outputs and maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
- Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform.
- English and French speaking is essential.
- Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting.
- Expert level in complex payrolls (BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court order...).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of TeamsRH software would be advantageous.
- International payroll experience would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Business software experience required: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Microsoft Apps.
