El equipo de Digital Continuity & Manufacturing de Capgemini Engineering se especializa en ofrecer soluciones estratégicas para la digitalización de la ingeniería y los procesos industriales, asegurando la continuidad digital a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde el diseño hasta el mantenimiento.

Nos enfocamos en optimizar la eficiencia operativa e impulsar la innovación mediante la integración de tecnologías avanzadas como la automatización, el IoT industrial y los gemelos digitales, ayudando a las empresas a adaptarse rápidamente al mercado y mantener una ventaja competitiva.

En este puesto, serás responsable de impulsar y controlar la implementación de BIM en proyectos de Obra Civil, asegurando la aplicación correcta de procesos y flujos de trabajo. Es esencial que tengas experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios, de gas y redes de alcantarillado, así como en la gestión de software relacionado con BIM y GIS.

¿Qué funciones desarrollarás?
  1. Asesorarás en la creación y gestión del Plan de Ejecución BIM (BEP): Proporcionarás orientación experta en la elaboración del BEP, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares como EIR e ISOs, y evaluarás continuamente el plan para su correcta implementación.
  2. Gestionarás y coordinarás modelos BIM: Supervisarás la creación y actualización de modelos BIM, asegurando la coherencia y calidad de los mismos, y coordinarás el trabajo entre diferentes disciplinas y equipos para mantener la integridad del proyecto.
  3. Controlarás riesgos y gestionarás recursos: Identificarás y mitigarás riesgos potenciales del proyecto, gestionando eficazmente los recursos disponibles y evaluarás a los agentes intervinientes para optimizar el desarrollo del proyecto.
  4. Establecerás y mantendrás flujos de trabajo eficientes: Desarrollarás y supervisarás flujos de trabajo claros y efectivos, asegurando la correcta implementación de los procedimientos BIM y proporcionando soporte técnico a los equipos cuando sea necesario.
  5. Evaluarás y asegurarás el cumplimiento de estándares y plazos: Realizarás evaluaciones continuas de la calidad de los proyectos, generar informes de seguimiento, controlar y mantener los plazos y costes del proyecto, y asegurar la interoperabilidad entre diferentes plataformas y herramientas BIM. Además, gestionarás el entorno común de datos (Common Data Environment) para garantizar una comunicación fluida y eficiente entre todos los involucrados.
¿Qué buscamos?
  1. Grado en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura o equivalente.
  2. Experiencia de al menos 4 años implementando metodología BIM en diferentes proyectos y GIS en obra civil.
  3. Experiencia en el uso de Civil 3D, Infraworks, ArchiCad, QGIS, o similares.
  4. Experiencia en coordinación de equipos y disciplinas.
  5. Conocimiento y experiencia de gestión de CDE: BIM 360, ACC, Project Wise o similar.
  6. Inglés mínimo B2, deseable C1.
