We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our Strategic Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the customer's needs and influence strategic functional decisions.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating with project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in finance, banking, IT, or consultancy.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, business administration, or computer science.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
