About the Role:
As Head of Community Marketing, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of community marketing initiatives across the entire funnel (B2B, B2B2C, and B2C). Your primary focus will be on influencing and engaging with school user personas, while also educating, acquiring, and nurturing our end customer - parent user personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a community marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Develop and implement content strategies that resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including B2B Sales, Customer Success, and Creative Teams
  • Measure and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
