About the Role
The Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and service providers to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building a best-in-class and high-efficiency warranty operation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely warranty report verification and reimbursement according to warranty operation management policy.
- Collect and analyze warranty information with reports.
- Provide warranty operation inquiries and policy explanations to service partners.
- Conduct abnormal warranty inspections and regular warranty audits to continuously improve warranty business.
- Manage warranty parts, audit warranty parts discards, and assist with special events.
- Organize and conduct onsite training for warranty business and training with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other work assigned by the line manager.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- OEM experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English language.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Nev technical background is preferable.
