Digital Marketing Strategist with Lead Generation Expertise

At DocPlanner, a leading healthcare digital services company, we're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts in the B2B segment. As a key member of our local Lead Generation team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that automate processes to generate qualified leads.

We're looking for someone who can work closely with our sales department to capture valuable insights and create effective strategies to achieve more sales. Your primary objective will be to lead and execute strategic marketing projects across different channels, focusing on audience building, development, and conversion in the B2B segment.

You will design, execute, and optimize an inbound strategy for our B2B segment, leveraging our database to generate marketing-qualified leads at all stages of the lifecycle. Additionally, you'll monitor and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from your campaigns to bring in new leads and convert them into customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll execute and monitor Email Marketing campaigns, design and implement automation flows to deliver exceptional customer experiences while generating quality leads for our sales force. You'll also coordinate and execute one-shot nurturing campaigns and support a content marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and educating our future and current customers throughout their journey.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of proactivity and ownership. You'll need to demonstrate excellent project management skills when working with various stakeholders, including content, sales, social media managers, and others. Additionally, experience executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on growth and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns at a fast pace. A proven track record of success in B2B environments is crucial, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at DocPlanner, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues from our offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Brazil, and Mexico City. We prioritize results over tasks, measuring our impact rather than just counting work done.
