We're seeking a talented Senior Business Support Specialist (Procurement) to join our Spain team. You'll closely collaborate with our procurement team in the Netherlands and/or China HQ. This role primarily focuses on procurement and sourcing of services, requiring expertise in company procurement processes, management of suppliers and contracts, ordering and delivery management, payment oversight, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement
    • Familiarize with and ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulations.
    • Assist in developing and updating procurement processes to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Management of Suppliers and Contracts within the System
    • Create, manage, and maintain qualified supplier information within the company's procurement system.
    • Review and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Ordering and Delivery Management
    • Create accurate purchase orders within the procurement system and ensure timely delivery coordination with suppliers.
  • Payment Management
    • Monitor the payment status of purchase orders and coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Report Preparation
    • Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports.
    • Provide decision support and recommendations to management based on procurement data and trends.
  • Information System Implementation
    • Lead and coordinate the implementation of information systems, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted within the system.

    • Support and Collaboration with Internal Departments
      • Identify resource development opportunities for internal departments and provide support based on market demands and customer feedback.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and guide the execution of resource development projects.
    • Project Planning and Execution
      • Develop detailed plans for resource development projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor project progress to mitigate risks or delays.
