Blue Code Solutions is a forward-thinking company that specializes in creating innovative solutions for training and personal development. We are currently seeking a skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team in Alicante and help us build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in Node.js and React. You will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, building, and maintaining web applications, as well as overseeing both backend and frontend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain web applications with high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and React.
- Proven experience leading a development team.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
- English B2 level or higher required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
This is a full-time job with a competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits such as an annual salary review, hybrid work model, and internal growth potential. Estimated salary: €60,000 - €90,000 per year.
